In addition to our standard home inspection for buyer and sellers, we also offer the following services:
- Condominiums/Townhouse Inspections
- Log and Manufactured home inspections. (Developed original log home primer to assist other home inspectors)
- Manufactured Home Foundation Certification
- Individual Systems of home (plumbing, roof, electrical, etc.)
- Water quality testing (nitrate, e-coli/coliform)
(other water testing requires additional fees)
- Radon Screening (requires 96 hours testing)
- Mold testing (requires a minimum of 2 samples)
- Lead screening
- Four point insurance inspection (roof, plumbing, heating/AC, electrical)
I have also performed over 3800 homeowners insurance policy inspections for Allstate and Farmers Insurance companies.
Manufactured Home Foundation Certifications
If you are selling or buying a manufactured home,
then most likely a foundation certification will
be required.
For all FHA and VA loans, an engineer's
foundation certification is required that states that the home is placed on a permanent
foundation that complies with the "HUD Permament Foundation Guide for Manufatured Homes", dated 1996 by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
